Haynes & Associates was founded by Robert J. Haynes in order to serve the growing and vital need for organizations of all types to create effective, strategic action plans for new initiatives and develop the critical relationships required to achieve success. Robert Haynes enjoyed a distinguished career as President of the 400,000 member Massachusetts AFL-CIO as well as numerous successful leadership roles providing strategic guidance and fomenting key relationships for private organizations, legislative initiatives, charitable foundations and community based action groups.
In 2011, enjoying the breadth of recent, relevant relationships and specialized knowledge Mr. Haynes founded Haynes & Associates in order to further his passion for promoting the successful development of worthy causes and business ventures. The driving strategy was to create mutually beneficial relationships between providers and their audience; whether that critical audience be private sector executives, community groups, legislative bodies or any combination thereof.
With these goals in mind Mr. Haynes created a new business paradigm which integrates government relations, public affairs and strategic business consulting. To implement this vision Mr. Haynes cemented his vital relationships, fomented new strategic partnerships and recruited a close-nit team of consultants prepared to exceed the expectation of each client and maximize the level of success for every endeavor.
